Rooms are a distance from the spa and dining room. In fact, the front desk is approximately ¼ mile from the dining room. The room wings, spa area and the mansion (dining room, library and H&H) are all connected by glass-enclosed, climate-controlled walkways for convenient access year-round.

• Smoking is permitted only in outdoor, non-public areas. Tobacco products are not available for purchase.
• Alcohol is not served or permitted in any public areas and is not available for purchase.
• Guests at Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires must be at least 14 years old.
• Pets are not permitted. Local boarding can be arranged at your request.
• As a courtesy to all our guests cellular phones are not permitted in fitness classes, the dining room, pool areas and on hikes and bike rides.
